The Green Living Fair is coming back to College of Lake County on April 15.  The Fair is a free and fun opportunity for community members to learn about how to live a greener life and interact with people at green organizations making a difference. It will feature nearly 50 exhibitors offering information and resources about conservation, renewable energy, gardening, composting, local food, and the environment. In addition, 10 vendors will be selling sustainable products, such as honey, bath products, upcycled gifts, and more.

Opportunities to recycle used bicycles, eyeglasses, and shoes will be available, so gather up yours, reduce your clutter, and give your cast-offs a chance to bring value to others. There is no charge to enter.  Bonus -- after this event, folks can also stop by the campus to see what’s going on at CLC’s open house and the inventions at the Maker Faire Lake County, also happening on campus that day.
